DJC Client Intake Automation (Google Apps Script)

Built an automation with Google Apps Script for Diaspora Junior Consulting (DJC), AEN’s consulting initiative, to speed up client needs assessment.

How it works

• A prospective client fills out an intake form describing their needs
• On submission, Apps Script generates a styled HTML email summarizing the request
• The email is sent automatically to the consulting manager for review

This removed the manual step of re-reading and reformatting raw form responses, giving the manager a ready-to-read summary as soon as a client submits a request.
